1. What the website collects
The website has no form that sends your data to our server, no database and no file upload. The enquiry tools run only in your browser: what you type stays on your device until you close the page and is not saved by the website. Fields are optional and may include what you choose to enter: service type, approximate sizes, district or location, free-text notes, a project description and, in the commercial-project tool, your name or company name. Please do not type information you do not want to share, such as a detailed address.
2. When you open WhatsApp
The "Open WhatsApp" button opens a chat with our number with a message prepared from your selections, and the message text is part of the wa.me link that opens in WhatsApp. Opening the chat is not sending: we receive your message only if you press send inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp (Meta) is independent of us and processes messages and attachments under its own terms and policies. When your message or call reaches us, we use it to answer and follow up your enquiry.
3. Photos and drawings
This website does not upload files. If you wish to share bathroom photos, doorway measurements or commercial elevation drawings, you attach them yourself inside the WhatsApp conversation with our official number.
4. Measurement and cookies
The website currently loads no third-party measurement or advertising tool and sets no cookies. If we add measurement tools in the future, a consent banner will appear and no tool will load before you agree.
5. Hosting and logs
The website does not log its visitors itself. The hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for operation and security.

7. Visual and commercial honesty
